If you are an experienced CrossFitter, please come take our classes for a free week. Once you are ready to join, we feel our Standard Membership will suit you just fine!

If you are tired of the globo-gym scene but love lifting weights, San Rafael Barbell has every tool necessary to bring out the beast in you. San Rafael Barbell is specifically outfitted with a Mono-lift, cages, racks, benches and lifting platforms designed for quality and safe Olympic and strength training. We use dedicated bars, competition bumper plates as well as any variety of bands, chains, blocks and dumbbells. Our gear is well maintained and clean. Come in on your own accord during any regularly scheduled CF class and work on your strength or join our Olympic Weightlifting class (see schedule above).
Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
