This seminar will kick off our 40 Day Challenge and cover what to eat for health and athletic performance as well as provide you with information to help you make informed nutritional decisions. Megan Kaden, Psy.D will be joining us to discuss the psychological aspect of what is blocking us from achieving our goals and give us tools to help us to succeed.
