TCF is here to help you prepare for Sectionals! Starting in March, we will be meeting once a week and preparing all who are interested in competing in Sectionals (before being able to join in the 2011 CrossFit Games, one must first compete in Sectionals and qualify).  Now is the time to dial in your nutrition and work on skills! If you are interested in competing, please let us know as we will be setting up weekly workouts and programming.
