Our Strength Training program is a self guided workout consisting of the Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift as well as some complimentary accessory movements to strengthen your abs and supporting muscle groups. It is based off of Power Lifter Brandon Lilly's Cube Method and is the perfect compliment to your current work out routine, what ever it is!

We provide the program and you have the freedom to come in at any time during any regularly scheduled CrossFit lass and lift. This is an easy and effective way to build strength... and the workouts can be done in less then an hour! There are no excuses.

Cost: $30 in addition to your CF membership or $165 a month for non-CF members
