WORKOUT BRIEF

DESCRIPTION

  • Happy New Year from the CompTrain Team!
  • With most gyms being closed today, we’ve provided a workout that can be completed from home
  • Thank you for your support over this challenging year!
  • We’re looking forward to a great 2021 together!

DOUBLE UNDERS

  • Choose a small number that can ideally be completed unbroken
  • Modifications:
  • 45 Single Unders
  • 30 Seconds of Practice
  • 30 Double Taps

STEP BACK LUNGES

    • Complete 15 reps each side (30 total)
    • Alternate legs every rep
    • Kiss the back knee on the ground in the bottom
  • Stand to full extension before switching sides
