WORKOUT BRIEF
DESCRIPTION
- Happy New Year from the CompTrain Team!
- With most gyms being closed today, we’ve provided a workout that can be completed from home
- Thank you for your support over this challenging year!
- We’re looking forward to a great 2021 together!
DOUBLE UNDERS
- Choose a small number that can ideally be completed unbroken
- Modifications:
- 45 Single Unders
- 30 Seconds of Practice
- 30 Double Taps
STEP BACK LUNGES

- Complete 15 reps each side (30 total)
- Alternate legs every rep
- Kiss the back knee on the ground in the bottom
- Stand to full extension before switching sides
