Celia won our 800g challenge back in November and she won the super fun prize of creating a work out. The 800g challenge supports eating 800g of fruits and vegetables per day, give it a try, you wont be disappointed! Celia received the most points by eating 8oog a day and working out at least 30min a day and she was able to stick with the program for 6 weeks (and beyond) resulting in her win. Below is her creation.
