Our Open House for our new space is this Saturday from 10-11, we will have bubbles to drink, berries to eat and a antioxidant testing machine to measure your levels. Antioxidants are molecules that fight free radicals in your body. Free radicals are compounds that can cause harm if their levels become too high in your body. They’re linked to multiple illnesses, including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. If your antioxidant levels are low, you may want to think about eating more fruits and veggies, and or supplementing. This testing will also be available to you every 3 months, just like the DXA Body Scan. We are ALL about being healthy from the inside out and we are doing everything we can to get you there!
