  2. AD

switch when the 40 Pull Ups are complete- partner A goes to AD and partner B goes to JPU. Then:

  1. 60 Mt Climber
  2. AD

switch when the 60 Mt C are complete- partner A goes to AD and partner B goes to MT C.

2 Min Rest

With a partner- 6 Min time cap

  1. 100 M Row
  2. Burpee MB Jump Overs

same rules as above but this time the row is the changer

  1. 100 M Row
  2. MB Sit Ups
