Lots of CrossFitters like to supplement with protein powder, I know I do, so I was pleased to see that the protein powder that I use was not on this list as I am pretty sure that I don’t need any extra servings of arsenic today, thank you very much!! What should you look for in a whey protein powder????
Make sure that your Protein Powder is:
- Made from Whey that is free of artificial hormones (rBST and rBGH)
- Has no sugar (or artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors)
- Has as little ingredients as possible
