ABOUT STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION

Do you have an angry body part that doesn’t seem to be getting better? Or perhaps you experience tightness that needs some serious attention? Well you have no more excuses for not taking care of yourself! Collin is our inhouse certified Practitioner of Structural Integration (a.k.a Rolfing) and Anatomy in Motion. He is seeing clients for body work and movement-based therapy out of the gym.

If you are looking for help with:

  • reduction in chronic pain/stiffness
  • increasing range of motion
  • postural awareness

Appointments are offered at 1 hour or 1.5 hour session.

I had an ankle injury from about 25 years ago and unlike wine it was not getting better with time. I heard about the Rolfing process and had to admit that I wasn’t looking forward to all that pain. I had done Active Release Technique (ART) in the past and THAT was hard. The first time I went Collin he was just amazing. He put me at ease and before I knew it the hour appointment was over. Our code words for the level of healing touch (aka, pain) is spicy/hot. Now after several more appointments my ankle is no longer as stiff. I actually look forward to having Collin work out my ankle and any other issues I might be having. Collin is very laid back and super easy to talk to.
