CFQF WOD 2- For time, completed anyhow:
80 dumbbell hang squat cleans
40 bar muscle-ups or C2B Pull Ups
Time cap: 15 minutes- but we wont cap you!!

GRIZZLY– 35/50lb M25/40DBs
KODIAK– Pull Ups 25/40 M20/30
POLAR– Ring Rows- light DBs

FLARE– 3 SETS
4 SETS
6 Shoulder Press @ RPE 7.5/10
-rest 30 seconds-
8 Seated Arnold Press @ RPE 8/10
-rest 30 seconds-
10 Ring or Bar Dips (or to RPE 8/10
– leave 2 reps in the tank each set)
-rest 30 seconds-
10 DB Lateral Raises @ RPE 8/10
-Rest 2:00 between sets-
