Wash and dry pork chop, cover in egg whites and sprinkle with almond meal, season with some garlic powder, salt, pepper.
Place in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil spray, cook pork chop all the way through.
Hint: Make sure to really press the almond meal into the chop, this will ensure the crust stays on and is nice and crispy.
