Berry Delight

7 large strawberries- sliced
1/2 cup raspberries and blueberries
Place in a bowl, cover with coconut milk, protein powder (optional) and chopped almonds.

Stir and serve cold.

Hint: Use a nut or coffee bean grinder to chop up nuts and seeds.
