It’s that time again, we need to lend a hand to those who need it. The fires have left many animals with no shelter, food, or snuggles… and a snuggle-less life is no life!
On Labor Day, Monday, September 3rd, we will do a Hero WOD for the Animals in our 8, 9:15 and 10:30 am classes. Donations will be accepted all week at the gym, give a dollar or give 5, every little bit counts and together we can make a difference.
