Starting Thursday, September 4th, at 5 pm we are happy to announce our new Movement Class. This class will meet for one hour every Thursday where we will dissect a specific movement with in-depth analysis and coaching. The movement will be posted in the WOD section so you can make sure to attend if there is a movement that you need help with or, you can attend each week to make you a more proficient athlete. Movement Class is open to all TCF members free of charge. Movements will range anywhere from Front Squats to Muscle Ups and everything in between!
