Our Teen Strength & Conditioning Camp is a 4 week camp designed to get your child moving and active while having fun. Our certified coach will teach your teen how to perform basic  movements safely and correctly. The program is designed to improve strength, agility, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance as well as self- confidence and body awareness.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!! We love to coach so if your teen has no athletic experience its ok, we just want  to get them moving. We also have the ability to coach the experienced athlete and want to help get them to the next level!

 

Camp starts Monday June 10th – Ends July 4th
Classes are 1 hour from 11am-12pm Monday- Thursday.
Ages 11-16 years old
Cost to members- $225 ($14.06 per class) , non-members $255 ($15.93 per class)

  • Bring a water bottle and dress appropriately (we will be moving:)
  • Athletes need to arrive on time and should eat a hearty breakfast before the training session.
  • Registration and full payment is due prior to start date.
