New- Vitality Strength Class
Our Vitality Strength Class is a supportive, technique-focused strength and mobility session designed for anyone who wants to build strength, created with active older adults, newer athletes, and anyone prioritizing long-term health in mind.

Starting January 13th, Vitality Strength Class will meet on Tuesday’s and Thursdays at 9:30am (sessions are 1 hour).

About the Coach– Shauna began her CrossFit journey at Tam CrossFit in 2013 and was immediately hooked by the challenge, the community, and the joy of getting stronger. She understands firsthand how strength and thoughtful training can support resilience as we age.
A CF-L1 trainer, Shauna draws from a diverse athletic background that includes modern dance, ballet, barre, boot camp, triathlon, and ice skating. Outside the box, you’ll find her road biking, cross-country skiing, and enjoying the outdoors. She also loves cooking and sharing plant-forward, sustainable recipes with anyone looking to fuel an active life.
Shauna holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and works and teaches at UCSF when she’s not coaching or training. She’s excited to help athletes of all ages and experience levels move well, build confidence, and discover what they’re truly capable of.
