Hello friends, in order to accommodate your crazy schedules, we have changed ours, we hope you like it and it brings you joy. Here are the changes that will start September 1, 2014:
– 5:15am M, W & F
– No 8:30am on T & TH
– 9:30am M, T, W, TH, & F
– 5:00pm TH, Movement Class added:
In Movement Classs we will dissect a specific movement with in depth analysis and coaching. The movement will be posted in the WOD section so you can make sure to attend if there is a movement that you need help with or, you can attend each week so you can be a more proficient athlete. Movement class is open to all TCF members at no cost starting September 4th.
