Super Smoothie

2 TBS  Coconut milk

1/2 Cup frozen or fresh berries or whatever fruit you like

ice (optional)

protein powder (make sure its sugar free)

powdered vitamin/mineral- OPTIONAL (i use All One brand available at Whole Foods)

Blend

add water to mixture until desired consistency is obtained
