Competition Training is for anyone interested in taking their fitness to the next level. Don’t know if its for you? Jump into any session to see what it’s all about. The camaraderie and physical motivation is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced!
WHAT: Focus will be on Strength, Olympic Lifts, Endurance and skills such as Muscle Ups, Hand Stand Push Ups, Pistols, etc. The training will be in addition to the classes that you are all ready attending.
WHY: Because you want to be stronger, faster and more skilled… And for only $40 per month why not? Try it out for a month and we guarantee that you will set new PR’s and your WOD times will go down!
WHEN: Thursdays at 5 PM, Saturdays at 7 AM and Sundays open gym from 9 – 11 AM.
- This Team will be participation based, not performance based. We welcome everyone interested in taking their fitness to the next level.
- You must currently workout 3-4 times per week.
- You must have knowledge and understanding of all CrossFit movements and modalities.
- The program will focus on improving capacity across strength domains, combined with long term skill set and endurance development.
- Coaches and athletes will be working out together.
- The fee for participating will be $40 per month.
