For the month of November, we will be “Giving Thanks by Gifting Your Goat”… In other words… In appreciation of all our TCF athletes, Sunday’s Open Gym (9 AM- 11AM) will be complimentary so that you can work on your “Goat” (a move or moves that needs perfecting).
The Following is the Goat Schedule:
- November 6th- Kipping Pull Ups, GHD Sit Ups
- November 13th- Double Unders, Hand Stands/Hand Stand Push Ups
- November 20th- Rowing, Your Own Personal Goat (Move of your Choice)
Each move will be broken down and explained in detail and, if you are feeling frisky, can be integrated into a WOD. Come to one Sunday or attend all 3; take advantage of this learning experience and show your Goat whose boss!
