2/3 cup sweet potato, grated 1⁄2 cup carrot, grated 1⁄2 cup zucchini, grated and squeezed 1⁄2 cup green peas 1⁄2 cup almond meal 2 eggs Salt and Pepper Coconut oil

Combine all ingredients except for the coconut oil together in a mixing bowl.
Heat frying pan on medium heat and add some coconut oil. Make patties the size of your palm and place 2 or 3 patties in the frying pan, cook on each side for 3-4min, or until browned and cooked inside.
