Super tasty, easy and a great way to get enough iron!

Ingredients

  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 C Braggs
  • 2 C water
  • 1/2 t cayenne
  • 1 t basil
  • 1 t oregano

Instructions
1. Prepare grill
2. Clean and cut first six vegetables into chunks.
3. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables in bowl.
4. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
5. Put onto wooden skewers and place on grill for about 10 minutes. Turn frequently.
