30-Day Yoga & Mobility Challenge
You may be strong as a bear, but are you as flexible as a bear? (Yes, bears are flexible). Team up with fellow CrossFitters for a month of increasing mobility and flexibility using yoga and effective stretches. You will be able to track your progress and learn valuable exercises that you can easily use at home, at the office or before or after CrossFit.
Kicking off Wednesday May 29th we will have weekly classes on Wednesdays at 7:15 pm. Classes are free for Challenge participants but are open to all (see rates). Each week, Challenge participants will receive an email with stretches and yoga poses that can easily be done each day and that target specific problem areas of tightness and immobility. Participants will also have access to a Facebook group where additional tips and tricks will be available and Mariah will be able to answer questions. Plus you can cheer each other on! Open up those shoulders!
The challenge is only $65 and includes four 1-hour yoga classes, weekly emails, and access to the private Challenge Facebook group.
Can’t join us? All are welcome to drop in for the yoga classes at any time. Classes are $12 for students/teachers/military, $15 for members and $16 for non members.
