Our next Specialty Training Series will be “Oly Stong”- Skills, Drills and Strength training to improve not only your Olympic Lifts but also your overall strength and speed. You can never be too fast, too strong, too sexy or too smart, we can’t help with latter two but we can make you strong and fast.

Oly Strong will meet Thursdays at 5 pm and Sundays at 9 am starting on November 11th and ending on January 3rd (with a short break in the schedule due to the holidays- No Class Nov 22nd or December 23rd). The cost for this is priceless, however, we will only be charging $119 for the 7-week course.

Course outline:

  • 10- 15 Minuets of Warm Up
  • Skills/Drills to improve your Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk and Snatch)
  • Strength Work

This Specialty Training series is designed to coincide with your current CrossFit training and will prepare you for the CrossFit Open that is right around the corner.
