San Rafael Barbell is San Rafael’s premier strength and weightlifting gym. We offer a clean state-of-the-art strength training facility outfitted with all the equipment needed to build strength and fitness. Memberships are limited to give members plenty of space to train safely. All memberships come with 24 hour access so you can train on YOUR time.

San Rafael Barbell is located next to Tamalpais CrossFit and houses to the following equipment:
- 5 Squat Racks
- Competition Bench
- Jerk Blocks
- Competition Plates in KG or LBS
- Dumbbells from 5-140#
- Kettle Bells from 18-98#
- Rowing Machines, Assault Bikes, Concept 2 Ski & Bike
- Tires and Battle Ropes

Olympic Weightlifting with Oleg Chen
$125 a month for current TCF members, $195 for non- members – All levels welcome!
Olympic Weightlifting Class will focus on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk as well as accessory moves.
Classes are 1 hour -Tuesday’s & Thursday’s from 4-5pm and Saturday’s from 10:30-11:30am
“But I can’t make 3 classes per week”- no problem! We also offer 4 classes per month for $85.
